REFUNDS
We do not offer any refunds of any kind, if you are unhappy with your service please contact Studio Balayage within 1 week of your service.

CREDIT CARD REQUIRED
We ask for a credit card to be kept on file for all scheduled appointments. For all NEW clients we require a 50$ deposit along with our online form to be filled out. The deposit will be applied to your appointment. Due to high demand the deposit is non refundable.

NO CALL/ NO SHOWS
If you do not show up, call or text about not coming to your appointment you will be charged 75% of your service that was scheduled.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Every appointment/service is very important to us. We understand that things come up and schedule adjustments are necessary, therefore we request 24 hour notice for cancellations. Cancellations less than 24 hours will be charged 50% fee of your scheduled service.

LATE POLICY

We ask that you please arrive on time for your appointment. Failure to do so may result in your appointment being called along with a fee. Please call us (518)952-6006 if you are going to be over 10 minutes late. 

PRICING
Services vary in price depending on stylist, length, thickness, time required, and products used. Please ask your stylist if you are unsure about pricing or schedule a free consultation.

HOW TO BOOK

For all new and pre-existing clients we require you to fill out a form that you will receive during your booking process. Appointments are accepted by phone, email and online booking. You can reach out to either your individual stylist or the salon (518) 952-6006.

EXTENSIONS
We are fully certified and use only the finest quality extensions on the market to add volume, length, or color to your hair. We offer hand-tied wefts, tape ins, k-tips, and beaded extensions which all can be worn long term. If you are considering extensions, we would be happy to provide you a free consultation in which we will discuss pricing, hair, etc. 

If you have received hair extensions at our salon and not been a active client for the past 12 months we are not responsible for holding your hair. Hair not claimed within a year will be donated and we are not responsible for contacting you.

CONSULTATIONS / COLOR CORRECTIONS
Consultations are recommended for all appointments but required for extensions/color corrections. The following information is important  for your stylist to know if you are a client receiving a color/chemical service.
• Previously over-processed hair
• Prescription medications
• Thermal damage
• Use of metallic dyes, box color , salts & minerals
• Permed or relaxed hair

IT IS EACH CLIENT'S PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY TO BE UPFRONT AND HONEST ABOUT THEIR HAIR HISTORY. ANY DAMAGE CAUSED TO THE HAIR AS A RESULT OF UNDIVULGED INFORMATION DURING THE CONSULTATION IS NOT THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE STYLIST .
